What’s required to book House of Etch for an event?

Just the event date, location, estimated guest count, and preferred product(s). We handle all logistics, setup, and execution.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 4–8 weeks out, but we’re built for speed and can deploy within 72 hours for high-priority activations.

Do you offer international service?

Yes. We have presence in San Deigo, Miami, London, Morocco, soon Kuala Lumpur. We’ve supported global campaigns in New York, Dubai, Paris, Singapore, and more. Our systems are travel-ready and compliant worldwide.

What types of items can you engrave?

We specialize in engraving metal, leather, glass, special fabrics and select plastics — from tumblers and luggage tags to fragrance bottles and tech accessories.

How many products can you personalize per hour?

Each engraving takes 30sec – 3mins depending on the complexity. We can engrave up to 100 – 10,000+ units per event depending on scope and team size.

Can guests choose their own design or text?

Yes — we provide touchscreen interfaces where guests input initials, names, or select designs live on-site.

What does setup and teardown look like?

We provide full white-glove setup and strike services. You won’t lift a finger — our team coordinates with your venue or production partner.

Do you collect guest data during activations?

Yes. Our software captures (whatever you would like) emails, preferences, and engagement metrics, which can be exported post-event to support your CRM and ROI reporting.
